Patrick inquired if we could create a custom finish with the initial appearance of hardware that had aged within one year through use and the effect of the environment.
We developed the Tarnished finish to appear as if Polished Brass-No Lacquer had aged as a result of use and its natural surroundings. The rich tone with shades of gold will naturally patina over time while maintaining the appearance of tarnished gold. Tarnished (TN) is the latest introduction to our standard line of brass finishes for both our cabinet and door hardware products.
