Multi Point Window Lever

The client selected our new Chautauqua Collection rope lever for their residence. The project consisted of a large number of multi point windows with a specific maximum projection of 2.75" requirement for the lever/escutcheon due to clearance issues.

The M/P window style is extremely narrow and the available style width was slightly larger than the standard escutcheon width of 1” and would require modification to the specifications. Oval Sectional Multi Point Trim

The exterior M/P doors in the new residence were manufactured by Tischler Windows and Doors, which have very narrow stiles. The client wanted to use sectional trim in lieu of escutcheons which are typically found on 99% of the M/P doors in America.
